For Whatley Drake & Kallas, fifteen attorneys now call the 37th floor of 1540 Broadway home; Hodgson Russ has 31 lawyers in their 24th floor office. Drawn to the tower for its views of Time Square, both firms have 10 year leases on their new spaces.
