S high‑yield senior debt offering of Affinia Group Inc., a global leader in the light and commercial vehicle replacement products and services industry. Affinia Group Inc. is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Cypress Group L.L.C. The transaction closed on April 25, 2013.
