Michael J. Hagan, a New York lawyer with 30 years of practice experience in New York and overseas, joins our firm to further strengthen our corporate, securities and finance practices.
Mr. Hagan has extensive experience in all aspects of public and private capital formation and finance and in cross-border transactions. His practice includes the representation of domestic and foreign private issuers in securities laws matters, of domestic and multinational corporations, businesses and funds in mergers, acquisitions, combinations, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and of financial institutions and other parties in secured lending transactions. Mr. Hagan has practiced and resided in New York, London, Hong Kong and Vietnam. His clients are based in a number of jurisdictions in addition to the U.S., including China, India, Japan, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and several Latin American jurisdictions. Mr. Hagan received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, (cum laude).
