Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP advised OneRoof Energy, Inc. in the acquisition of $100 million in new financing.
OneRoof Energy is a San Diego-based developer, owner and operator of solar energy generation systems for the residential market. It obtained the financing from MS Solar Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley and Main Street Power Company Inc.
Akin Gump’s Jacob J. Worenklein, co-head of the firm’s global project finance practice, led the team advising OneRoof Energy, along with tax partner David K. Burton and corporate counsel Vladimir Fet.
