Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised The Davis Companies, a Boston-based commercial real estate firm, in the formation of Davis Investment Ventures II, which raised $413.5 million of capital from its investors, exceeding its original target of $350 million.
Davis Investment Ventures II plans to acquire a diversified portfolio of commercial properties, mainly in the Northeast US.
Paul Hastings Global Private Investment Funds partner Larry Hass led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Tax partner Andrew Shortand associates Vivek Nayar, Lauren Waxman, and Matt Brigham.
