Simpson Thacher Represents Banco de Credito e Inversiones (Bci) in Its Global Debt Offering

The Firm represented Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (Bci), a leading Chilean bank, in connection with a US$500 million global offering of 4.00% Senior Notes due 2023 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.

Bci will use the proceeds from the sales of the senior notes for general corporate purposes.
