Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce that Pamela A. Mann has joined the firm as partner effective January 1, 2013.
Ms. Mann will Chair the firm’s Tax-Exempt Organizations Group and will be a member of the Trusts and Estates Department. Ms. Mann was the Chief of the Charities Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s office before she opened her own firm, which focused on tax-exempt organization matters.
