Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.30% Senior Notes due 2022 by Equifax Inc. (“EFX”).
The net proceeds from the offering are being used to pay a portion of the $1 billion purchase price of the credit services business assets of CSC Credit Services, Inc.
Equifax Inc. is a leading global provider of information solutions, employment and income verifications and human resources business process outsourcing services.
