SNR Denton is pleased to announce that Eddie Frastai has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Real Estate practice.
Frastai has more than a decade of experience advising real estate owners, developers, operators, managers and financial institutions on a broad range of national real estate transactions pertaining to large office, hotel, retail, residential and mixed-use projects, including sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing, debt restructurings, discounted payoffs and commercial leasing.

He will immediately make a positive impact on our clients and is a strong addition to our extensive Real Estate practice nationally and globally.”
The depth of Frastai’s expertise on the equity side of real estate transactions will help complement the firm’s growing practice in that area, and his broad experience handling a variety of large and sophisticated financing transactions will bring added heft to the firm’s Real Estate team.

Frastai received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A.magna cum laude, from New York University. He joins SNR Denton from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP.
