Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters on Sprint Nextel Corporation’s $2.28 billion Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised the underwriters in connection with Sprint Nextel Corporation’s offering of $2.28 billion of 6.000% notes due 2022. BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and J.P. Morgan, acted as joint bookrunners.

Shearman & Sterling has been involved in the issuance of over $9 billion of Sprint notes in the last year.
