Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce that Justin A. Greenblum has joined the firm as partner in its Litigation Department effective November 9, 2012.
Mr. Greenblum is a litigator who concentrates on complex commercial and business disputes, including financial services and investment management litigation and counseling. In the financial services industry, he has represented institutional lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds and issuers of financial products in various complex breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty matters.
