Eden Investment Advisors, LLC, a San Francisco-based wealth management firm with approximately $645 million in assets under management as of September 30, 2012. The transaction is expected to close by year end.
Evercore Wealth Management serves high net worth individuals, families and related institutions, delivering customized investment management, financial planning, and trust and custody services. Evercore Wealth Management is a registered investment advisor, with offices in New York, Minneapolis and San Francisco. The firm, which was founded in November 2008, manages client assets totaling $3.8 billion as of September 30, 2012.
