Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Citigroup as sole book-running manager for Sun Communities, Inc.’s (NYSE: SUI) follow-on public offering.
Sun Communities, Inc., a real estate investment trust that owns, operates and develops manufactured housing communities, sold a total of 3,000,000 shares of common stock and raised gross proceeds of $132,180,000. BMO Capital Markets served as co-manager in the offering.
