Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Waypoint Homes, a leading acquirer of single-family properties, in a $245 million financing facility from Citibank, which is a uniquely structured financing vehicle for multiple single family homes.
Real Estate partner John Cahill led the Paul Hastings team, which included attorney Lindsay Sparks and associate Benjamin Hittman, in structuring and securing the financing for Waypoint Homes.
Paul Hastings also previously represented GI Partners, a leading mid-market private equity firm, in its equity investment in Waypoint Homes.
