Squire Sanders Adds Top M&A and Outsourcing Talent to Corporate Practice: New Partners Boost NYC, London Presence

Squire Sanders is pleased to announce that Eric W. Cowan and Glynna K. Christian have joined its global legal practice as partners in the Corporate Transactions, Finance & Governance Practice Group.  The new partners will be resident in both the New York and London offices.

Cowan and Christian will focus their practices on advising FTSE 100, Fortune 100 and other public and private companies on international corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial arrangements and complex outsourcing transactions.

Cowan has more than two decades of corporate and commercial experience.  He has held firm-wide and practice group leadership roles throughout his career and brings a seasoned perspective and approach to his practice at Squire Sanders.

Christian has been recognized by Legal 500 for her expertise in the technology-outsourcing space.  Her background includes representing leading financial services companies in multibillion dollar outsourcing transactions, among others.
