The Firm recently represented Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. as underwriters, in connection with a public offering by Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation (“Infinity”) of $275 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% Senior Notes due 2022. The offering closed on September 17, 2012.
Infinity is one of the largest providers of nonstandard auto coverage insurance in the United States. With 2,100 employees and a network of 12,900 independent agencies and brokers, Infinity writes standard and preferred personal auto insurance, mono-line commercial auto insurance and classic collector automobile insurance.
