Sutherland’s New York Office Continues Growth with Addition of New Litigation Partner

Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP is pleased to announce that Ronald W. Zdrojeski has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. A commercial litigator and trial attorney with nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Zdrojeski has litigated in 48 of the 50 states. His extensive experience defending businesses in complex litigation includes class action, trade secret, intellectual property, environmental and maritime litigation.

Mr. Zdrojeski also represents clients on regulatory issues, conducting internal investigations and defending Fortune 500 companies and corporate officers in criminal and civil matters, including market manipulation, fraud, environmental and other white-collar issues.

Wasserman. “Ron’s extensive trial experience continues to enhance our litigation team, which was just recently recognized by clients in The BTI Litigation Outlook as one of the top 15 firms for complex commercial litigation.”

Mr. Zdrojeski comes to Sutherland from New England-based Robinson & Cole, LLP. Prior to joining Robinson & Cole in 2008, he was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. From 1983 to 1985, he was an assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn. Mr. Zdrojeski received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
