John J. Driscoll Joins TKD as a Partner

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP is pleased to announce that John J. Driscoll has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate, International and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at Tarter Krinsky and Drogin LLP.

Mr. Driscoll advises international and domestic clients in all types of commercial and financial matters including protecting and commercializing intellectual property assets.

He advises non-U.S. companies on all aspects of their business operations in the U.S., including trademark prosecution and protection, copyright issues, licensing, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and starting a new business. He also represents foreign financial institutions in their U.S. transactions. His clients include French, Spanish, German, British, and Turkish companies in the apparel, textile, fashion, food, shipping, logistics and media industries.

Mr. Driscoll speaks French, Spanish, and Turkish.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Mr. Driscoll was a partner at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP.

Mr. Driscoll is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the International Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, and the French and Spanish Chambers of Commerce. He is the Vice President of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Driscoll received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1976. He received his M.A., with distinction, from the London School of Economics in 1973 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1970.
