SNR Denton Recruits Partner Kenneth Wright for New York Office

Partner Kenneth A. Wright, Jr. has taken on a new legal job in SNR Denton’s New York office.  Wright joins the capital markets group and brings a particular focus on public and private finance including securities, leasing, and distressed assets.  The recruitment of the partner represents another major step in the growth of SNR Denton’s financial markets practice.

Stephen Kudenholdt, head of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, stated the following: “I am pleased to welcome Ken to SNR Denton.  He is a high-caliber lawyer with broad and deep experience in a wide variety of securitization and structured financing transactions, involving numerous asset types, and he will diversify the range of services that we can offer clients. He also has long-term relationships with major banks and financial institutions, both in and outside the United States.”

Wright joins from Skadden’s New  York office.  He is a graduate of Columbia University’s law school and attended Harvard for his undergraduate work.

For the firm, the news follows closely on the heels of the New York legal recruitment of Michael Barz, a corporate partner who also joins the office this week.
