Baker Hostetler’s Growth Continues in New York: Adam J. Schlatner Joins Litigation Group

Baker Hostetler announced that Adam J. Schlatner joined the firm’s Litigation Group as Partner in its New York office. He comes to Baker Hostetler from Winston & Strawn LLP, after an 18-year career.

Schlatner concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, handling a wide variety of matters, including contract, securities, labor and employment, shareholder, IP, product liability, antitrust and consumer fraud cases, as well as corporate internal investigations, across a broad spectrum of subject areas and industries. His experience includes defending entities and individuals in contract and partnership disputes; conducting corporate internal investigations; defending securities class and derivative litigation and related criminal and civil investigations; defending complex product liability litigation; defending consumer fraud and antitrust class actions; and participating in a wide array of corporate and real estate transactions. He also has handled a variety of sports-related matters on behalf of teams, owners, agents and athletes.

Schlatner received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
