A cross-practice team of lawyers from King & Spalding has successfully advised GE Capital Corporation, as joint lead arranger and administrative agent, on the financing of Snow Phipps Group’s acquisition of LTI Flexible Products, Inc. from Sentinel Capital Partners. Terms of the deal, which was announced July 19, were not disclosed.
LTI Flexible Products is based in Modesto, California. The company designs, manufactures and distributes custom engineered components to original equipment manufacturers in the heavy truck, recreational vehicle, enterprise electronics, off-highway, aerospace, consumer electronics, medical and other industrial markets.
