Shearman & Sterling advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Barclays Bank Plc and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. as joint lead arrangers and joint book managers of a $1 billion five-year multicurrency revolving credit facility and $1 billion 364-day short term multicurrency revolving credit facility for PACCAR Inc. and some of its subsidiaries.
