Morgan Securities LLC, KeyBank National Association, Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd and The Bank of Nova Scotia as lead arrangers and book managers in connection with a $1 billion aggregate financing, including a $635 million five-year credit facility for Integrys Energy Group, Inc., a $250 million five-year credit facility for The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company and a $115 million five-year credit facility for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation.
