Shearman & Sterling Advises on $1 Billion Financing for Integrys Energy Group

Shearman & Sterling advised U.S. Bank National Association, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd, Union Bank, N.A., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, KeyBank National Association, Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd and The Bank of Nova Scotia as lead arrangers and book managers in connection with a $1 billion aggregate financing, including a $635 million five-year credit facility for Integrys Energy Group, Inc., a $250 million five-year credit facility for The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company and a $115 million five-year credit facility for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation.
