Hunton & Williams LLP continues to expand its national practice with the arrival of four real estate finance partners from SNR Denton. The addition of Brett L. Gross, Peter J. Mignone, Donald F. Simone and Mitchell G. Williams brings the firm’s real estate practice group to more than 50 lawyers. Before joining SNR Denton, the partners led the real estate finance practice at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP.

Schwartz, chair of the New York real estate group, who joined the firm in April along with partner Laurie A. Hunton & Williams’ real estate practice group comprises more than 50 lawyers, who advise clients on matters involving the full spectrum of commercial, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use properties. The practice focus includes nonperforming loans, health care, energy, retail and general real estate finance for all real estate asset types.
