Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of commercial lighting products, systems and components, in connection with its offering of $167 million of 10.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 privately placed by Cowen and Company and CRT Capital.
The firm also represented Advanced Lighting Technologies in its entry into a $45 million revolving credit facility with Bank of America.
Leveraged finance partners Richard Farley, Michael Chernick and Jeffrey Pellegrino led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Karen Contoudis and Nathalia Osorio.
