David A. Pentlow Joins Herrick, Feinstein’s Corporate Department

Herrick, Feinstein LLP announced today that David A. Pentlow, a veteran in the areas of corporate and securities law, has joined the firm’s New York office as a Partner in the Corporate Department. Mr. Pentlow was formerly a Partner with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

He also advises public companies and investors regarding ongoing compliance with federal securities laws, corporate governance and applicable stock exchange listing rules, as well as tender offers, proxy solicitations, and going private transactions. Mr. Pentlow received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his law degree from Georgetown University.
