Leading Antitrust Attorney and Litigator Eamon O’Kelly Joins Arent Fox in New York

Arent Fox LLP today announced that Eamon O’Kelly has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s litigation and antirust practice groups.

Mr. O’Kelly’s practice focuses on antitrust, complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and contract disputes. He advises in the preparation and trial of complex cases, including jury trials, as well as the representation of clients in connection with US Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state attorney general investigations.

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Eamon was a partner at a prominent New York law firm, serving as co-chair of the firm’s antitrust practice. He has also held senior business positions at Allied Irish Banks and Irish America Magazine. He is active in the leadership of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section. He also serves on the executive committee of the Antitrust Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he was a member of the editorial board of the ABA State Antitrust Practice and Statutes Handbook, Fourth Edition.
Mr. O’Kelly received his JD degree from New York University Law School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Fordham University.
