Hogan Lovells announced today that a team of its lawyers is advising Wabash National Corporation, one of the leading manufacturers of semi-trailers in North America, on its proposed US$360 million acquisition of Walker Group Holdings LLC, a manufacturer of liquid-transportation systems and engineered products.

The transaction, which was announced on 27 March 2012, is expected to close in the second quarter of the year, pending regulatory approvals.
