Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as the sole underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered follow-on offering of 12,000,000 shares of common stock of Waste Connections, Inc. for approximately $370 million. The common stock is listed on the NYSE under the symbol “WCN.”

Waste Connections is an integrated solid waste services company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets. Waste Connections serves more than two million residential, commercial and industrial customers from a network of operations in 29 states. Waste Connections also provides intermodal services for the movement of cargo and solid waste containers in the Pacific Northwest.
