David M. Warren Joins Blank Rome and Enhances the Firm’s Private Client Group

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that David M. Warren has joined the Firm as Partner in the Private Client group.  Mr. Warren has more than 30 years of experience in the area of trusts and estates law.  He is based in the Firm’s New York office.

Mr. Warren joins Blank Rome from Cooley LLP where he was a partner in the Estate Planning and Personal Representation practice group and Co-Chair of the New York Estate Planning and Personal Representation group.  His practice includes all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, with an emphasis on the development of sophisticated plans for high-net-worth individuals.  His clients include entrepreneurs, real estate developers, executives at Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, hedge fund managers, and other professionals in the financial services industry. 
Mr. Warren is admitted to practice in New York and Washington, D.C.  He earned his J.D., from the New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Columbia College.  He serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, and is President of the Jewish Association for Services for the Aged.
