Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Courtenay Myers Lima has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Corporate Department. Myers Lima advises financial institutions on a broad variety of public and private capital markets offerings, regulatory matters and corporate governance.
Representing financial institutions as issuers, Myers Lima specializes in capital raising transactions, representing global financial institutions in the offer and sale of sophisticated retail and institutional investment products. She also advises issuers and underwriters in connection with the offer and sale of investment grade debt and other bank capital products.

Myers Lima joins Latham & Watkins from Davis Polk. She received her JD from Columbia Law School in 1997, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an AB degree from Brown University in 1991.
