I expect Dan to be the principal leader of the firm’s growing New York presence in Private Equity. ”
Previously, Eisner was a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis. Prior to practicing law, he worked as an investment professional at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Citicorp and Bankers Trust Company. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Northwestern University School of Law.
“I am very excited to join the talented lawyers at DLA Piper and to collaborate with them in continuing to build a market leading private equity practice,” said Eisner. “DLA Piper’s global footprint is unmatched, and the breadth and depth of its corporate practice is critical to the increasingly international needs of sophisticated private equity investor and corporate clients.”
