Shearman & Sterling Advises B/E Aerospace on Acquisition of UFC Aerospace Corp.

Shearman & Sterling is representing B/E Aerospace in its acquisition of UFC Aerospace Corp. in a transaction valued at approximately $400 million. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2012.

B/E Aerospace is the world’s leading provider of aircraft cabin interior products and solutions and the world’s leading distributor of aerospace fasteners and consumables for the commercial, business jet and military markets.
