“Brad’s 10 years of experience in Asia advising on cross-border deals, combined with his linguistic and cultural fluency in Japanese, will further strengthen our longstanding working relationships with Japanese and other global clients,” stated Alan Neuwirth, head of the firm’s Japan practice.
“Brad’s Asian deal experience includes matters in more than half a dozen countries across Asia and the Pacific Rim, in addition to Japan” noted Charles E. Engros, leader of the firm’s Business and Finance practice. “His broad experience and a keen understanding of the complex issues facing global companies and financial institutions today will be a tremendous asset for our clients doing business in and with Asia.”
