Davis Polk – Pfizer Inc. $4 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised underwriters represented by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and RBS Securities Inc. in connection with the offering of $4 billion aggregate principal amount of notes issued by Pfizer Inc. The notes were offered in five tranches, one floating-rate tranche maturing in 2018 and four fixed-rate tranches maturing in 2017, 2018, 2023 and 2043.
