Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Morgan Stanley and other Joint Book-Running Managers in connection with a $300 million senior unsecured notes offering by CHC Helicopter S.A., a leading helicopter services company.
The private offering is for $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.375% senior unsecured notes due 2021.
Leveraged Finance partners Michael Chernick and Michael Michetti led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Heidi Spalholz, Felicia Yen and Andrew Roop.
