Cahill represented Praxair, Inc. in connection with its public offering of $650,000,000 comprised of $475,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.25% Notes due 2018 and $175,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.55% Notes due 2042. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
