Mintz Levin Expands New York Corporate Practice

Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has expanded its New York Corporate & Securities Section with the addition of Andrew Nagel, who joins as a Member.

Formerly a Partner at WilmerHale, Mr. Nagel brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings, activist shareholder matters, capital markets and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has represented numerous investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms, as well as companies in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, technology, broadcasting and manufacturing.

Mr. Nagel received his A.B. from Harvard College and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was Order of the Coif and served as articles editor for the California Law Review.
