Leading insurance law firm Nelson Levine announced today that Marc Abrams has joined the firm as a partner in the Reinsurance Practice, resident in its New York office.
Mr. Abrams represents domestic and international insurers, cedents and reinsurers in all areas of dispute resolution, both in U.S. courts and before arbitration panels. For the past 15 years, Mr. Abrams has litigated and arbitrated some of the reinsurance industry’s most complex dispute issues. He also litigates and arbitrates insurance coverage matters and other commercial disputes involving insurers.
Mr. Abrams is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University and earned his J.D. from The University of Virginia Law School. Prior to joining Nelson Levine, he was a partner at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP.
