In alignment with growing Nashville demand, AmLaw 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes Kolin B. Holladay today as Equity Shareholder to its national Corporate and Transactional practice.

Holladay brings more than 16 years of experience in corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions to Polsinelli’s Business Department. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, corporate governance, and contract negotiation and interpretation. He advises entities in a variety of industries and provides corporate advice to his clients.

Holladay earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Lipscomb University, and his master’s degree in Business Administration simultaneously with a J.D. from the University of Tennessee. Holladay has collected numerous honors throughout his legal career, including being named a Nashville Emerging Leader in the Legal Services Industry by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Best of the Bar, a Forty Under 40 recipient by the Nashville Business Journal, inclusion in Best Lawyers® from 2013-2016 in Corporate Law and inclusion in the Nashville Post “In Charge” in 2016-2017.

Holladay serves on the board of the Nashville Sports Council, the Middle Tennessee Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Tennessee Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Boy Scouts of America Middle Tennessee Council. He has served on the executive committee of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Downtown Nashville Rotary Club.
