Corporate Partner Ferdinand Fromholzer Joins Gibson Dunn in Munich

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Dr. Ferdinand Fromholzer will join the firm’s Munich office as a partner. Previously a partner with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Munich, he will continue his corporate law practice, focusing on stock corporation law and corporate governance issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
