Goltsblat BLP Completes a Consulting Project Involving Acquisition by an OMS Operating Division of Forum Facility Management

Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), has successfully advised within the scope of a transaction for an Operating Division of OMS to acquire Forum Facility Management, commercial operator of the Moscow Aurora Business Park, with a total area of over 150,000Sq m.

OMS is the biggest catering, fleet management and technical operation outsourcing operator in Eastern Europe.

Goltsblat BLP advised the client on both Russian and English law matters connected with structuring, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents.
