Dentons keeps growing in Corporate M&A with partner Enrico Troianiello

Global law firm Dentons announced the hire of Enrico Troianiello as a partner in the Italian Corporate M&A practice, which now counts 31 professionals. Enrico joins from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, along with associate Giacomo Pino. They will both be based in the Milan office.

Enrico has extensive experience in advising private companies, investment funds and banks in connection with a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, joint venture agreements, corporate reorganizations and buyouts.

He regularly assists clients active in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical chemical, automotive and mechanical industries.
