McDermott Boosts Miami Corporate & Restructuring Team

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery continues to grow its Corporate and Transactional practice with the addition of Miami-based partner Craig Rasile.  Craig comes to the McDermott from DLA Piper.

Craig’s practice focuses on insolvencies with an emphasis on bankruptcies, corporate restructurings, creditors’ rights, workouts and commercial litigation. His experience spans several industries, including retail, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, gaming, transportation, franchise operations, manufacturing, REITs and financial institutions.

Craig joins a growing restructuring practice at McDermott, which also includes recent additions Felicia Perlman and Brad Giordano in Chicago, Kristin Going in New York, David Hurst in Wilmington and Jeff Reisner in Los Angeles.
