Bolstering the firm’s Miami footprint, Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Michael A. Sastre, Aaron H. Epstein and Dania Saavedra have joined the firm as partners.

“This is an exciting next step in the strategic expansion of our South Florida presence,” said Mark L. He earned his B.S. from Tulane University and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Epstein represents business owners, corporations and individuals in business, real estate and construction litigation matters. He handles shareholder and partnership disputes, landlord-tenant issues and civil litigation matters. He also has a statewide insurance defense practice. Epstein is a Miami native with strong ties to Florida’s business and legal communities. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Saavedra is a bilingual native of Cuba who also maintains deep connections to the business community. She represents contractors, developers and design professionals in complex commercial and business litigation disputes, with a focus on construction litigation and insurance defense. She handles construction defect and deficiency claims related to commercial and residential construction as well as contract and lien claims. Saavedra received her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Michael, Aaron and Dania to Fox’s Miami office,” said Joseph A. DeMaria, the firm’s Miami Office Managing Partner. “The firm’s resources – our national presence with offices and attorneys coast to coast and our 60+ practice areas – will be a benefit to their clients.”

Sastre, Epstein, Saavedra and Zelkowitz were previously shareholders at Gray Robinson.
