Sidley is pleased to announce that Peter S. Burke has joined as a partner in the firm’s Global Finance practice in Century City. Mr. Burke joins Sidley from Paul Hastings where he was a Global Finance partner and served as vice chair of the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Burke’s practice focuses on commercial, corporate finance, and special situations transactions, where he represents direct lenders, private credit funds and banks in working capital facilities (cash flow and asset-based), acquisition financings, structured financings, and restructurings and recapitalizations – both cross-border and U.S. focused. He has deep experience across several industries including technology, software, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, energy, and food and beverage.
