Polsinelli Continues Los Angeles Growth with Addition of Four Attorneys

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli announced today the addition of four new attorneys in its Los Angeles office. September Rea, Jesse Nichols, Lindsay Ryan and Bryan Wasser, have joined the firm as principals as part of the firm’s continued expansion of its West Coast presence in key practice areas.

September Rea joins Polsinelli’s Labor and Employment practice, advising California and national employers in the entertainment, start-up, technology and hospitality sectors, on all aspects of employment. A seasoned litigator and skilled mediator and negotiator, Rea partners with clients as a trusted advisor to defend against employment-related action including age, religion, gender, race, national origin, disability, harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and FMLA claims.

Jesse Nichols becomes part of Polsinelli’s national Real Estate practice. Nichols has built a broad-based national retail, multi-family, office, industrial and mixed-use real estate practice with a diverse group of clients located in New York, California and Florida. He regularly represents lenders, owners, developers, operators, institutional and non-institutional investors, and emerging real estate-focused technology companies in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including in the financing, structuring, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real estate assets. Nichols is licensed to practice in New York.

Lindsay Ryan is a member of the firms’ Labor and Employment practice. Ryan works closely with employers, advising on compliance with federal and California requirements, wage and hour regulations, FMLA/CRFA and disability accommodations. She also conducts workplace investigations and assists clients with employment agreements, reductions in force, disciplinary actions and terminations. An accomplished litigator, Ryan has extensive experience resolving wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and discrimination claims at both the state and federal level.

Bryan Wasser joins Polsinelli’s Corporate and Transactional practice. Wasser serves as a trusted advisor with extensive experience representing public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, cross-border transactions, venture and growth capital corporate finance, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Committed to understanding the industry in which each client operates, he assists entrepreneurs and emerging companies with a wide array of corporate matters and complex business transactions throughout the life cycle of their businesses.
