“We are looking forward to having another experienced litigator on our team who has first chair experience,” says Douglas Emhoff, Partner-in-Charge of the Los Angeles office. “Our clients will have a great opportunity to work with counsel who has substantial experience with the most pressing issues facing California employers today, including privacy and data security, trade secret protection and class action defense.”

“I have known Dan for many years, consider him to be a very experienced lawyer, and have the utmost respect for his work as a litigator,” says Richard Frey, Chair of the firm’s West Coast Labor and Employment Practice Group. “He has joined a well-regarded team of attorneys who work with high profile industries unique to the Southern California region.”
