Alston & Bird continues to grow its London presence with the addition of partners Phillip Taylor and Saloni Joshi as the firm further strengthens its transatlantic offering for both contentious and noncontentious finance and corporate matters. Arriving from Sidley Austin LLP, where he had spent his entire career, Taylor joins Alston & Bird’s Financial Restructuring & Reorganization Group, while Joshi, who joins from asset management firm MJ Hudson, will be a member of Alston & Bird’s Financial Services & Products Group.
