Norton Rose Fulbright Expands Private Equity Team With Key Partner Hire

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announces that David Marshall has joined as a partner in London.

David joins the firm from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain where he was a partner. David has over fifteen years’ experience of advising clients on UK and cross-border private equity and venture capital transactions with a focus on acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, investments and joint ventures. He advises a wide range of clients including private equity and venture capital houses, family offices and management teams across all major industry sectors and asset classes. He has been recognised for his work in private equity in the latest editions of Chambers and Legal 500 guides to leading lawyers.
